If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date of receipt. A credit for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued and a new order should be placed if its an exchange. Custom orders and personalized items can not be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and our address. The returned item must be in it's original condition in it's original packaging and sent back fully insured. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during transit. Please enclose the packing slip or a copy of the online receipt and indicate the reason for the return.
If the item was delivered to you damaged in anyway, or there is a defect with the item upon receipt, please contact us right away for a RAN #. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will be happy to repair or replace the item and pay for all shipping charges incurred.
