Orders may take up to 7-10 days to ship.  Most orders ship within 2-4 days. Should an order take longer than the usual shipping time frame, you will be notified via email. If you need an order by a specific time, please email us and if possible, we will try to accommodate you. 

Real time shipping rates are automatically calculated for your shipping destination and we offer two shipping carriers:  USPS and FEDEX.  Both options include a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Average transit times for USPS options are: Priority: 2-4 days, Express: 1-2 days. Please email us at with any questions.


There are two carrier options offered for shipping/handling to international destinations: USPS Priority Mail international (Standard), USPS Express Mail International, as well as FEDEX standard and FEDEX express.  Tracking and delivery confirmation are available except for USPS Priority mail. Average transit times for USPS are: Priority: 5-10 days, Express: 4-6 days. All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government. A confirmation of your order will be sent via email when the order is placed. When the order is shipped, a second email will be sent with the a tracking number which may be used to track the status of your delivery. You may also login to your account if you have registered to track your order.



If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date of receipt. A credit for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued and a new order should be placed if its an exchange. Custom orders and personalized items can not be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email us at to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and our address.  

The returned item must be in it's original condition in it's original packaging and sent back fully insured.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during transit. Please enclose the packing slip or a copy of the online receipt and indicate the reason for the return.  If the item was delivered to you damaged in anyway, or there is a defect with the item upon receipt, please contact us right away for a RAN #. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will be happy to repair or replace the item and pay for all shipping charges incurred.



An order can not be canceled once the order has been placed.



Most items can be customized. If you require a modification to an item, such as a shorter or longer chain length, or a size that is not listed as an option, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Most items can be made in silver, silver & gold, and all gold. Please contact us for pricing if the option is not available online.



Opening an online account by registering allows for a faster ordering process, tracking of your purchase, and access to your order history. You may register by clicking on the account icon on the upper right corner of the website.  Once you register, you can click on Login to access your stored information such as your order status,  order history, and account information.



Each order comes in a linen pouch inside a box embossed with the company logo. If it's a gift, you may request a ribbon wrap and gift card message in the note box during checkout.



Newsletter subscribers will receive information regarding availability of new products, private sales, and discount codes offered only to our email subscribers.



If an item purchased through is defective within the first 30 days of purchase, the item will be repaired at no cost, providing it has had normal wear. Abnormal wear would include extreme gouging, bending, scratching, etc. and if so determined by us, repair charges would apply.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

If an item requires repair, please contact us at and we will provide you with a Repair Authorization Number (RAN) and a return address. Please send the item packaged securely and fully insured, along with the original packing slip or a copy of the on-line receipt. If you have lost both the packing slip and receipt, please email us to request a copy. Upon receipt of the damaged item, you will be contacted via email if there will be any repair charges prior to proceeding with the repairs.

In the case where one earring from a pair gets lost, a replacement earring can be bought. Contact us for availability and pricing.  Email is preferred but you may also call us at 917-723-1171.



All jewelry will show signs of wear with time and most metals will eventually tarnish. The jewelry may be cleaned and tarnish removed with a jewelry polishing cloth or silver polish. All oxidized silver jewelry should not be polished as polishing may remove the oxidation.

You can make your own cleaning solution using six parts warm water to one part ammonia. Dip your gold or silver jewelry in the solution and scrub gently using a toothbrush. Rinse in warm water and dry with a paper towel.

It is best to keep all stones away from extreme heat and sudden changes in temperature. With the exception of diamonds and sapphires, avoid contact with cleaning solutions.

Gold plated or gold vermeil and gold filled jewelry will gradually darken with time and should not have contact with cleaning solutions or be polished.



We accept the following cards for on-line purchases: VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover through direct checkout.  Payments through Paypal and Apple Pay are also accepted.  Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.



Sales tax will automatically be added to all California State residents at checkout.
